Paul Tanner’s Turkey
Paul Tanner is a local producer situated in Boldre in the heart of the New Forest. All turkeys are traditional slow growing strains, fed on a GM free diet which take longer to mature for maximum flavour. All poultry is dry plucked and hung for a minimum of 10 days in a refrigerated barn to develop tender meat with a full wholesome flavour. Paul is a member of the New Forest Marque which ensures you are getting authentic local New Forest fare of the highest quality.
