How does it work?

Our Outlets are people dotted around the South who take orders on our behalf. They then do all the hard work for you, putting your order through to the shop and organising delivery as well. We deliver to the outlet on a certain day, usually the same time each week/month. You then collect your goods from their house at a time convenient to both of you.
What are the delivery days?
The delivery days vary according to the outlet. The outlet leader will be able to tell you their designated delivery day.
I am really interested in ordering, what do I do next?
All you have to do is to look at the list of outlets, find the one nearest or most convenient to you and contact the outlet leader. They will be able to tell you all about the ordering process.
If this does not suit you, our outlet customers always have the option of ordering direct from Hockey’s and we will then inform the outlet leader. Your order will then be delivered on the appropriate day to the appropriate outlet.
Paying for and collecting your goods
To pay, you will usually give cash direct to the outlet leader. However, for that added peace of mind you can always contact Hockey’s Farm Shop direct and pay for your goods over the phone with your credit/debit card. Or alternatively we can take payment by BACS. Please ring or email for bank details.
You can then collect your goods direct from the outlet (i.e. the leaders house/designated collection point).
Some outlets offer a delivery service however this is at their own discretion and Hockey’s Farm Shop is not responsible for any extra charges. Please contact the relevant outlet leader for further information.
