This website is owned by Hockey’ s Farm Shop and the terms and conditions are applicable when using the Hockey’s Farm Shop website and all orders made via our website, directly to our sales office and through our delivery team. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they may affect your rights and liabilities under law. Our stated terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. By ordering from this website or by any other means from Hockey’s Farm Shop you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to accept our terms and conditions you should not proceed to order.

1.1 Hockeys Farm accepts payment by cash or credit & debit cards.
2. Purchase regulations
2.1 All prices include VAT, where this is applicable.

3. Orders
3.1 You will be able to make changes to your order, via telephone, as long as we are notified no later than 24 hours prior to the agreed delivery date.

3.2 All products are subject to availability. We will endeavour to ensure that your order is fulfilled. However, subject to supply, market conditions & seasonality we may not always know at the time you place your order, if goods will not be available for delivery.

3.3 In the case of meat orders & individual product orders we will not automatically substitute alternative goods, but will contact you to see if you are happy to accept an alternative to the same value.

3.4 All products are subject to seasonal & market changes & we reserve the right to change our products without notice to reflect such changes. All current prices can be accessed through our website or by emailing or telephoning.

3.5 The average weight & average pack weight applied to some of our products are for guidance only. The actual weight you receive may vary from the guide weight. The price you are charged will be that applicable to the weight of the product delivered.

4 Delivery agreements

4.1 If for reasons beyond our control, we are unable to deliver to you on an agreed date or at an agreed time, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss caused. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of any problems with our delivery. You will not be charged for any order we are unable to deliver.

4.2 You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery. This includes giving us detailed instructions of where goods can be accepted or left. In the event that your order is stolen or damaged after it has been delivered we do not accept responsibility. Any compensation will be offered at the company’s discretion. We reserve the right to refuse orders to addresses where items have previously been stolen or damaged.

4.3 Delivery & carriage charges are subject to change. We will endeavour to inform you, when you place your order, of any problems known to us, or of any additional charges.

5. Online Sales Availability
5.1 We will endeavour to have our website available at all times. There will however be times, when due to technical problems, upgrades & updating of the web site, that it will not be available.

5.2 Our shop staff will normally be available Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm. Outside of these hours we have a 24hr answer phone in operation. There may be times, when due to reasons beyond our control, that no contact will be available. In such circumstances we accept no liability for inconvenience or loss caused.

6. Further General Conditions
6.1 We accept no liability for the incompatibility of our website with our customer’s personal equipment, connectivity & equipment or if the website functionality does not meet with our customers personal requirements

6.2 Hockey’ s Farm Shop will not be held responsible for any financial loss whether direct or indirect or consequential or any other loss or damages due to trading either via the website or via our sales office.

6.3 Hockey’s Farm Shop may provide links to other websites. We cannot accept any responsibility for the availability, content or the privacy offered by such sites.

6.4 Whilst we will endeavour to ensure that at all times the information supplied through our website is correct there may be times when this is not so. In these circumstances we do not accept responsibility for any inconvenience or loss caused.

6.5 You may not assign or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms & conditions

6.6 We will not be liable for any financial loss or compensation for the failure to deliver any of our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.7 We reserve the right to alter our terms & conditions. Changes will be notified by posting them to the website. If you do not accept the changes to our terms & conditions then you should not continue to order any goods or services. If you continue to order once the changes have come into effect, it will be deemed, that you have accepted the new terms & conditions & that you agreed to be bound the said terms & conditions.

6.8 These terms & conditions are governed by & construed in accordance with the laws of England.
