Family owned and run, Hockey’s Farm is the perfect place to come and visit, stop by for a coffee and shop in-store.
When Hockey's first started selling farm produce to the public 40 years ago, the aim was to provide the highest quality meat at prices everyone could afford. Local family Laura, Jonny, Anne and Robin bought Hockey’s Farm in 2013 and have since produced award winning meat and produce. View our full list of all our awards here.
Here at Hockey's Farm we focus very much on quality, provenance and local. We also stock a wide range of other food and drink from around the area, so visit our suppliers page for more details.
In the butchery we sell meat from local farmers including pork from our own herd of rare breed British Lop pigs. In season (November & December) we sell pannage pork which is from pigs that are allowed to roam the forest freely foraging the acorns, beech mast, chestnuts and any other tasty morsels they can find.
Hard work, vision and enthusiasm coupled with a love of good food with provenance has always being the driving force of Hockey’s Farm Shop, ever since we opened our doors over 40 years ago. Read our full story here.
